Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day Exchange/Return Policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or a return.

• Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, the swimsuit must be in the same condition you received, unworn and in its original packaging.

Any Exchange Order will be subjected to an additional Shipping fee of 60 EGP to be paid by Customer 

 

• Return Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, the swimsuit must be in the same condition you received, unworn and in its original packaging.

The order can be returned within 7 Days but subjected to Return fee of 60 EGP to be paid by the customer.

In case of paying Cash on Delivery, the amount will be refunded back with a courier within 3-4 days once we receive your return request.
